Helping teams make, shape and scale with impact

Helping teams
make, shape
and scale
with
impact
Brands I have worked with across my career

What I bring
An execution
engine
For building and scaling products, systems and experiences across physical and digital worlds.
01
Shape
Ambiguity → Direction
Making sense of complexity to define a clear path forward. Turning insight, context and constraint into direction teams can align behind.
- The problem to solve, for who, and why now
- Market, category and competitive context
- Value, viability and business logic
- Key risks and assumptions
- Product positioning and narrative
- Alignment on the path forward
You leave with
A clear direction, a compelling story, and a decision teams can stand behind.
02
Make
Direction → Evidence
Learning by doing. Testing ideas quickly to prove what holds and what doesn’t.
- Tangible concepts and prototypes
- Early versions tested with real users
- Evidence of desirability, usability and viability
- Clear data-driven decisions on what to refine or drop
- Key trade-offs resolved before scaling
You leave with
Evidence-backed decisions and confidence to move forward.
03
Scale
Evidence → impact
Turning progress into presence. Delivering proven ideas into the world with clarity and momentum.
- Solutions ready for delivery
- Coordinated teams, partners and suppliers
- Clear build, launch and rollout paths
- Products embedded into real-world use
- Brand, narrative and market activation
You leave with
Delivery that lands, scales, and creates measurable impact.
How we can work together
Whether focused support or end-to-end delivery, I bring clear direction and hands on execution - assembling the right expertise to match your stage and needs.

Fast, flexible and impact-driven, I help you move from insight to execution without friction.
Enter reX lab
Where
concepts
evolve
into
possibility
Independent by origin. Open by design.
reX lab
reX lab is an experimental space at the evolving edge of design, technology, sustainability, and biology. Here, we rethink, redesign, and reimagine how we create, make, and experience the world across physical, digital, and intelligent systems.
What
happens
in the lab?
Frontier
Circularity & the future of making
How circular principles reconfigure the lifecycle - changing how we design, make, use and renew products, and the business models built around them.
Frontier
Additive manufacturing & the future of production
How additive manufacturing (3D printing) expands what we can design and make - enabling zero-waste, on-demand production, micro-factories, next-generation materials and more local, adaptive manufacturing ecosystems.
Frontier
AI as a design and decision partner
How AI expands what we can imagine and make - accelerating creativity, product development and decision-making, and opening new possibilities for intelligent design tools.
Frontier
The manufacturing power of biology
How the biorevolution - from bio-materials to biological processes - transforms how we make things, and blurs the boundaries between natural and engineered systems.
Helping teams shape what’s
next,
and make
it real.
About

Jenna
Architecture
for ideas in
motion
Jenna Bestbier is a scientist-turned-innovation-strategist with a PhD in Molecular Cell Biology, followed by experience across design, technology, sustainability, product innovation and marketing.
Her work lives at the intersection of these worlds — the in-between spaces where systems connect, disciplines overlap and next-generation ideas take shape.

Powered by the scientific method, Jenna acts as both architect and executor.
She curates the right teams, sets the trajectory and delivers work from first principles to final result, moving ideas from intent to impact.
What energises me
Solving problems with no playbook.
Working with small, talented teams moving fast.
Blending scientific rigour with creative design.
Big-picture vision paired with precise execution.
My superpowers
Turning complexity into clarity.
Clarity is a competitive advantage.
Being an organising force and momentum driver.
Prototyping ideas fast — physical, digital or conceptual.
Truths I believe in
Beautifully designed things — products, experiences, workflows — matter.
Clarity is a competitive advantage.
Experimentation is the fastest path to insight.
The future belongs to teams that design across physical, digital and intelligent systems.
